Service Description

The teams we build shape the work we put out into the world. Awareness—of social capital, differing perspectives and experiences, and cultural nuance—enables intentional interactions and more inclusive teams and products. We create a safe space to explore difference through experiential exercises and authentic conversations on institutional and cultural oppressions, including racism, classism, sexism, and heterosexism. With a deepened understanding of differing perspectives and experiences, teams can develop a foundation for how they interact and what they create.
